Postage and Packaging

Postal Charges: Prices are either 1st Class Delivery or Parcel Post including insurance and packaging. This is calculated on the items in your basket for each individual order.
We aim to keep postage and packaging charges to a minimum and to use the most competitive and reliable carriers for our deliveries. We constantly review our shipping arrangements.

UK
For orders up to 1000g, postage is charged at current Royal Mail first class rates for UK deliveries

Europe
All orders: postage is charged at current Royal Mail first class rates for small packets.

World Zones 1 & 2
All orders: postage is charged at current Royal Mail first class rates for small packets.

Packaging Charges
The charge for packaging is based on a contribution to the actual cost of the packaging materials for your order.

Total Postage & Packaging Cost
The weight of the products in yoiur basket will be showm next to the individual items. The final calculation is the actual weight of the items, plus the weight of the packaging and a charge for the cost of packaging. This is automatically calculated and shown at the check out.

 

Current postage and package rates for UK orders are:
up tp 100g £1.25
up to 150g £1.75
up to 250g £2.05
up to 500g £2.55
up to 750g £3.25

The total charge is based on the weight of the items in the basket plus the weight of the packaging.

All orders above £50 in value (after currency conversion) will be shipped free of charge, regardless of weight.

Ordering

Before proceeding to checkout, please select the correct country for shipping so that the appropriate postage and packaging charges can be calculated and applied to your order. If you choose the wrong country you risk non-delivery or delay or paying too much for your delivery costs.

For all online orders the postage and packaging charges will be automatically calculated and added at check out.

All in-stock products are despatched within 48 hrs Monday to Friday. Orders received after 4 pm will be processed on the next working day.

 

Payment for Online Orders with Knit Knack

Payment are processed by Barclays E-Commerce and is reliable and secure. Your card details will be verified by your own bank at the point of sale and you will be advised if payment has been accepted. It is important that you key in all the relevant information accurately as this is checked against the details held by your bank.

Payment by all major debit and credit cards are accepted, including: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Solo and Delta debit and credit cards. Your card will be debited immediately and you will receive email confirmation of your order.
